The hotel has bad service as a whole, what I mean is the food is the same every day, it is far away from the beach. There was a shuttle to the beach, but they stopped it. As a compensation we were able to get a shuttle from another hotel after speaking with the managers. Do not expect much from this hotel. Towels were not changed at all, dishes and glasses often are not cleaned good. The only positive is the playground for the kids and animation, swiming pool.

Foarte murdar, bauturile amestecate cu apa, personalul nu cunoaste limba engleza, nici rusa. Unele fructe si legume aveau gust acru, nu recomand, nu e hotel de 3 stele, rusine!

Un hotel ok,camerele sunt cam mici dar te obisnuiesti, mancare f f buna, pozitionat la 7 min (cronometrat) de plaja. Un raport bun calitate/pret.

Mă bucur că am fost la Hotel Kompass din Albena, Bulgaria. Servirea la restaurant ,, all inclusive " și personalul, cazarea, locul e foarte frumos. Aproape este marea M-am simțit minunat!

Well I love the place , since I was working there as a waiter.The people are super funny also very nice.Be happy when you are there coz the personal is working for you whit very very very positive energy

Overall a good 3* for a budget break. Food doea get vwry repwtitive but perfectly edible. Bonus of all inclusive on beach as well as hotel.
