Not a5-star hotel per sea but an excellent boutique hotel with helpful staff, nice rooms, and a nice staff. Would decommissioned stay here again!

Big, nice and clean rooms. Staff was very helpful and service minded. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel is placed perfectly in the middle of the center and the beach.

This hotel is a win. Excellent staff, modern neat room, and above all breakfast is outstanding - a fresh poached whole salmon, unlimited proper coffee and delicious egg benedict, among many other decent choices. Can't recommend more.

This is an award winning hotel. Business hotel of the year a few times in a row. Fancy, top notch hotel with outstanding service, location, everything you may need for your business or romantic trip. Recommended with two hands. The right hotel in Varna to stay at. Any additional service? - just ask the receptionist. Flowers can be delivered, the room can be arranged upon demand, your breakfast can be served, a newspaper delivered, you name it literally. They will offer you free of charge 4 different types of pillows! Outstanding top notch hotel, among the 3 very best in Bulgaria. Make your own impression it does worth it.

We stayed at hotel Modus Sept 2016 (14-18). The hotel is very comfortable, convenient and well-designed. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Our room was cleaned in the morning and serviced several times a day - to replenish clean towels, toiletries, and make the beds for the evening. The service was flawless - the staff was very helpful, friendly, polite. We asked for a good restaurant and one of the receptionists (Borislava Nikova) booked a table in a restaurant on the beach for us. We loved the place and the table she booked for us. The breakfast was great - we enjoyed the variety (there was something for every taste (Bulgarian cold cuts and cheeses, pastries, eggs, fruit), the quality of the food, and the service. I will stay there again if I am in Varna.

Perfect stay, next to the very beautiful Sea Garden. 5 stars for the staff who is super helpful. Location is also very good, 2 minutes walking to the pedestrian center and 10 minutes walk to the sea.
