I have literally lived in this hotel for 3 consecutive months in 2014, for 2 days in 2015 and for 2 days in 2017, in several frontside and backside rooms & a suite. On every single visit every service has the same or better quality compared to my previous visit. If I could describe it in three words that would be; Quality, Quality, Quality.

Check in was slow and I heard the restaurant was very low quality. Room was ok, and the air conditioning worked. The bathroom had a musty odor.

For the price it was quite good, the standard for a 4* hotel, but the breakfast could be better and the location of the hotel is not the best, as you need to get the tram to get to the city centre (or walk about 1h). Still, for the price is a solid 4/5

Parking is a bit troublesome around the hotel, unless you're willing to pay 10 BGN/night for the hotel's underground parking..or you're VIP enough to have a spot reserved infront of the entrance 😉

Not bad. The rooms are pretty good because they are big and v well equipped. But the food is well below average / almost inedible.
I have stayed there many times for business but am getting sick of the food. Also the reception staff can be pretty rude and unprofessional to say the least.response / report this review -

The hotel is in the outskirts of the city but still rather close. Unfortunately on high traffic hours its impossible to reach the center in less than 35-40 minutes. The rooms are quite big and really clean with really soft beds. Overall a great experience
