Great value. Excellent location with big rooms at a great price. Direct 409 bus from airport. 20 minutes walk from the sea. There is a market across the road and the whole place is really pleasant.

Very nice place with beautiful view. Clean and big rooms. Very nice stuff. It would need small refresh of bathrooms but it still has 5 stars from me.

Great place to stay. Amazing location and great service. It's small but the rooms are very clean, spacious and you feel it's not a cheap hotel to stay. Breathtaking view of the Cathedral from the rooms!

The hotel was very nice considering the overall price and location. I would have given it four stars except for one serious flaw. Our trip was in late June and the air conditioning simply did not work. It has a centralized air conditioning (not an individual unit per room) and it was completely overpowered by a hot day. Our room was so hot we simply could barely set foot in it. It was about 105 degrees F it was like the "hot box" in those old prison movies. I sat on the bed in my underwear with the my room door open (it was slightly cooler in the hallway). We complained about this and was told the AC was working "to capacity" but it was simply too hot. They did give us a fan which helped. I counted at least four other guests complaining about the same thing I felt bad for the front desk personnel as they could do nothing and it was not their fault. Although a major inconvenience for me it would be a real health emergency for the elderly or with various health conditions. Imagine this place in July or August! If you are visiting Varna in the cooler months.. you should be fine. If you are coming here in the summer be warned! Upgrading this AC (again since it is centralized) will be a major expense so it probably will not happen quickly. Also be wary of a trick I have seen at other hotels (not this one, just to be clear) where they will tell you the AC is great when you make the reservation and you show up and it is conveniently "down for service" just this week! Anyway, enjoy your trip to Bulgaria!

I stayed here with my best friend. We were really happy with our room - new, clean and tidy. The staff is friendly. The hotel has a great location - in the city centre, but you don't hear the noise in the evenings. I recommend it :)

Amazing rooms, details and location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good price. I don't give 5 stars because air-conditioning didn't work properly but they compensated with a much better room in the second time.
