As a couple we were given a room with two separate beds which was very inconvenient. Someone blocked our cars way and the receptionist told us that they cannot deal with the issue and told us to try work it out on our own.

Great hotel, specious rooms, really nice staff. Divers breakfast though not quite tasty, i would give up on it and eat in the city.

Mostly nice place. With nice and friendly staff. But somewhat illogical. There are bathrobes and slippers but no breakfast in the room service. You cannot order champagne in lobby bar. They have it but not for sale. You have to bring glasses back yourself if you want drink your cocktail in the room. Etc etc. This and many other inconsistences make weird feeling about this place.
Edit: there are huge issues with car parking. Stuff says that there are no parking places available, everything is occupied for weeks. Nevertheless, different cars appts on parking spots. Needless to say that most expensive cars got their parking at once. Very unfair and disappointing.
Edit2: room service is meh at most. Floor stuff always complains that they're underpaid. I believe because of this they doesn't clean rooms properly.response / report this review -

We were only there for a one night stay. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. The quirks of their guest management system are irksome until you learn them. Morning coffee terrible but breakfast food good. We'll be back when they get 4-* coffee!

I dont recommend this hotel to spend the holiday in Golden Sands .I am here for 2 days already and i am not happy at all .For this money you have to pay i think you can find better hotel or resort .First of all the wifi is terible .When we complained they say that our room doesnt catch enought signal so thet move us in other room which is no make any difference wifi is same everywhere .The food in all inclusive for 4 stars hotel is not this what we expected.Except salad and grill some cheese and some kind of salam ,fruits you cant eat nothing .The food that is cooked is look terible and visible with lot of oil and most of time meat is very dry .The drinks is served in plastic glasses ,local wine is taste cheap and except beer u cant have any good drinks .There is no entertainament at the hotel is just few animation for children in the evening but is nothing comparing with other resorts i have seen here in Golden Sands.
In one word for this money they asking for all inclusive better try other hotel .response / report this review -

Nice hotel

I stay 2 weeks every day i call them no body answer
