The rooms were clean and well equipped and the the breakfast, traditional Bulgarian food, was delicious. The staff is very helpful, however they only speak Russian.

The food wasn't very good, we were a lot of people and we had a reservation, but the steak felt very rubbery.

Staying at the Aleksievata Kashta has been a truly a pleasant experience and the best way to explore Bulgaria through its people: their kindness, hospitality and positive outlook on life. The staff, including the owner are dedicated and committed to provide one of a kind customer care. They work tirelessly to make your stay as stress-free as possible, so you can concentrate on your time off, vacation or things you like to enjoy.
It is worth mentioning the superior quality of the authentic Bulgarian cuisine and variety offered in their restaurant. The rooms and bathrooms are great and spotless clean. The Aleksievata Kashta is also a great place for your business meeting or a team building event. I would like to personaly extend my Thank you to Niki, George and Krisi for making me part of their extended family in Gurguliat, Bulgaria. Hope to see you soon.response / report this review
