Nice looking hotel BUT, very bad hygiene in the rooms and in the restroom of the restaurant. There is black mold and ants in the fridge in the room. Soul in the bathroom does not work. The food is nice. The pool is clean. The staff is very nice and friendly

The hotel is very good! I like it! We was there for second time this year! Was warm, and New Year's decoration was great!
Children are entertained at the playground!
The hotel was great, we were there on New Year's - the indoor pool was 32 degrees, the spa is great and very nice!
Хотела е страхотен, бяхме там на Нова година - басейна закрития беше 32 градуса, спа центъра е голям и много приятен!
Навсякъде беше топло, а новогодишната украса беше страхотна!
Децата се забавляваха в детския кът!

Nothing was the same as they told us when we made the reservation. The water in the swimming pool was cold when we arrived, everywhere has a black mold. The shower in the room was broken. In the children's playroom was very cold. The bowling did not work. The worst thing was the poor attitude of the second manager. It is inappropriate to speak behind the back of the guests. I give it two stars,only, because of nice staff.
I was in this hotel to spend a nice time with my family but it was horrible and we left earlier. Stay away if you want a nice vacation.

The room was not cleaned since last summer. There was dust everywhere. Our view from the window was an abandoned construction site. The food offer is very poor for an all inclusive hotel. This hotel is not suitable for a winter holiday. There is no fitness facility available like in the presentation. The staff was nice but overwhelmed by the problems. A positive aspect was the huge Olympic pool with clean water.
