The room was spacious and had nice atmosphere. I liked the SPA. The pool was nice but could be cleaner. I needed a little more variants for the breakfast.

Astera is nice looking and clean (4*). The spa offers a good steam room, sauna, swimming pools and a Jacuzzi - which was a little colder for me, only 31c (3*). The walls are thin so you hear a lot of noise from halls. Food tastes just OK, but never actually good or tasty (3* for food). I liked its location-it's real close to main street and about 7 mins to Gondola (4*).

Staff are very rude. We will not be going back!
When we were round the swimming pool I bought 2 beers and was given them in glasses. When I took my son to the toilet and left my wife on her own the life guard went over to her and gave her verbal abuse for having glasses in the pool area.
We were given the beer in glasses when purchased from the bar in the pool area!!!! Duh
Very rude, abusive and also expensive for what it is!!!response / report this review
