It was dirty, and the service isn't the best, but the scenery was outstanding. Still not that worth it.

The hotel is just on the road, and if you open the windows you hear the traffic. The rooms are dirty and the food in restourant us auful.
There is no WiFi. If you have more luggage or small kids, please note that there are no elevators. The pool is grate and have a large section for kids. There are also a sauna and steam bath. The only reason to use this hotel is the spa center.

One of the worse hotel ever in Bansko. Rooms are so dirty, offered foods are not good at all, there is no WiFi in rooms and there are only 3 TV channels which you can watch. They are offering flats with kitchen but there is no kitchen stuff like fork, spoon etc.

I not advise no one to spend their time in this hotel for this price.
