Nice hotel for the price. The back view wasn't that nice, but the room was fancy and the bed mattress was great. Rooms are cosy. Breakfast had a decent variety of food.

Not happy at all from it. Room smelled bad and the whole floor had bad smell.
Restaurant didnt work the first day and closed very early on the second.(my kid was really hungry and had nothing to order from.)
asked for an umbrella and got a broken old one and ended up hurting myself.

Very nice staff, with good service. I was surprised and content when I found out that I was recieving a free upgrade to the junior suite. The room was nice and large, with a nicely designed large bathroom. My only negative points were the decor which was a bit dated, and the war which then went on versus the mosquito.

The location is nice and the staff friendly. Our room was nicely made and the bathroom was nice, however the room itself smelt of sweat when we got here and even after opening the windows it has not gone. The breakfast offers a wide selection, however most of it is quite stale Overall the stay is pleasant but a better attention to details would be appreciated

Very nice hotel. The location is very good, you can walk to the center and the main sites. Comfortable beds as well. I would stay again.

Nice rooms, lovely, spacious bathroom and comfy furniture. TV with a lot of channels and attentive staff. Unfortunately let down by a very strong cheesy smell in the rooms, we were able to cover it with perfume when we first entered the room and with the air conditioning on and the air moving, the smell became less noticeable over time.
Good location for getting to the centre of Sofia too.response / report this review -
