Nice location but far from the beach, you have to take the hotel's shuttle. The waste water plan is near reception and the smell is awful.

Spacious rooms with large terraces, beautiful pools and good food. Bulgarian spirits and drinks included in the all inclusive offer, not that great.

A classy place where you can enjoy a good and relaxing vacation with your family for a solid price. If the price and the location are not a problem this would be one of the best places for a getaway vacation with your family.
Pros: a lot of space, 5 pools with marvelous view and great rooms with outstanding food quality in the restaurant.
Cons: a bit too expensive for what it offers, bad service in the restaurant, abnormally high prices at the market, the beach is hard to get.
Yoy would expect better overall service for the price you are paying here. Our breakfast was supposed to be served until 11 a.m. but at 10:50 everything was put away and nobody even offered us anything from the menu nor coffee even though we had already paid for it.response / report this review -

Ein perfekter Ort zum entspannen! 7 Pools, 2 sehr gute Restaurants und eine Bar mit Livemusik . Es ist für jeden etwas dabei ! Das Hotel ist auch kinderfreundlich :)
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und trotz der eher noblen Atmosphäre, sind die Preise nicht allzu hoch. Auch auch in den Abendstunden lässt sich wunderschöne romantisch mit Wasserblick und bei Fackellicht der Tag ausklingen.

Very pleasant for the past 4 years. Good restaurant and wine list, cosy beach - Bendida. Don't forgot to tip s-o everybody will be happy ( not that is necessary, but as a thank you note)
