Hotel is a complete dump, we tried to book a parking space prior to the holiday, the hotel would not answer the email's other than to send us a copy of their parking policy, tried phoning over 5 days and no answer.
The hotel was old, dirty and the staff were lazy and rude, if you asked for assistance even in Bulgarian they just shrugged their shoulders and ignored you, cleaners were seen in the same spot for the entire holiday hiding and drinking coffee. Food was abysmal and nearly always cold, if you wanted a table you needed to just about clear it yourself, whilst staff watched.
On the whole a disturbing holiday, trying to contact Booking.com is a complete waste of time,

Food is horrific chicken is still bleeding and chips are stale.
Staff are rude and happily barge kids out the way and walk into anyone in there path.
The life guard at the pool is sun bathing and doesnt move and is unable to see the main deep pool.
Bar is all warm no good coffee anywhere.
Place smells and house keeping dont clean given new bedding that was ripped once in a week even after asking.
Had to ask 5 people for loo roll.

My room looked over car park noisy day and night car door's banging, sun loungers on top of each other, not much entertainment only 3 times a week, only volleyball every afternoon, come out of hotel turn corner walk down crossed the road is the restaurant, only 2 fly zappers lots of flys on the food, staff in the hotel and restaurant dont make you feel welcome dont even smile , porter takes your luggage tell you all about the room and bathroom then waits for his tip ,not enough sitting areas in the hotel or the terrace enough for about 50 people in the hotel and terrace, food wasnt that good yes had better in all inclusive before, bar closed at 11 o'clock then there no way of getting drink in the night if you need any , on site shop very small straight away follow you round, swimming pools the life guards smoking drinking backs to the people at time to chat to other staff, both over 60 odd years old and one of them changes his uniform to be security man night, (pools closed on the dot 6 pm whistles blowing out out , only thing thats good is free bus to the beach and back untill 5 pm every half hour, no hairdryers in the bathroom, wifi free only in lobby area ,if you speak to staff only about a handful speak little English, i may visit Bulgaria again but not 3 hours away from airport , then if i do come back it would be sunny beach the strip , but on the plus side the outside of the hotel smells beautiful i dont know the smell but i liked it , the trees made lots of mosquitoes lot of people get bitten.
