  The host is very welcoming, the cleaning could have been a little better, but altogether it was ok. I would recommend it for those with a limited budget.

  This hotel has been completely refurbished which reflects my objection to all of these review sites be it Google or Trip Adviser - there is no way of removing out of date photographs and reviews. Take time to scroll through the photos util you see those added in 2017 when Jordan and his parents took over and completely refurbished. This small family run hotel is now a comfortable place to stay whether spending a day or two or a holiday in Balchik. It is handy for the castle and gardens, no sea view but it isn't far away.

  Dirty rooms, water pressure is bad, don't be surprised when the water stops 10+ times while you are taking a shower.
  Furniture is too small, can't place a laptop on anything and have a space for a mouse too.
  At least it's cheap.
