It is a small hotel with spacious and quiet rooms.
The bathroom is clean and has new pluming.
The rooms are clean with new furniture.
The AC and WiFi are working.
It has a beautiful view to the harbour, the music from the surrounding restaurants is nice and if you shut the door and windows you won't hear anything.

Initially I was relectant in choosing a 3 stars hotel, but Iris hotel proved that you can find quality at low prices.

The only down side is the small tv (but you don't use it anyway).
