Surroundings: nice view, large carpark, only people of the hotels from Victoria Group are alowed inside, so it is clean and elegant.
Inside: a non conformist view, large spaces, modern design but imitating real royal castles in an atractive way, of corse some kitchs here and there but not enough to be anoying or disturbing.
Room: Large, not excesive light but not dark - i'll say intimate -, could see the sea in a side and a hill, but there's different rooms with different views. A big screen tv in the middle of the room, you can turn it in every direction, a sofa, a large matrimonial bad, impresive badroom (partialy open, so you can stay in the bath AND see the tv; but the toilet seat and the shower are with doors), one big table, 3 little tables, some chairs, large enough closet to put clothes for 1-2 weeks, minibar, a machine to make coffee (with free coffee). A balcony with 2 chairs and a table also improve the air of well and rich.
Quiet place, good for any kind of groups. Provide also free lounge chairs in the V.I.P. zone of the beach, free lounge chairs at the pool of the hotel (outside and inside), free enter at the aquatic park of the group.
Very good and diverse meal. The place is new and well built.
Didnt like: a person at reception (only one, a girl without maners) who thought she's the military police; the car acces not respect the google maps indications; the windows are dangerous if you keep it opened: you can fall cause they are really low.response / report this review -

No offer to help with bag to the room at check in. Stinky bathroom. Clean but pressure issues with canalization vents.

The building is impressive, very luxury designed, but it is very difficult to find food (from just a few options in menu), the inside pool is small, the prices are very expensive, the rooms are very big, with open bathroom, very old elevators frequently not working.

Hotel was OK and the idea of the design was good but this is the end of our positive impressions.
The shower room was making a flood every time we are taking shower.
Swimming pools are heated only by the sun and were so cold we couldnt get in. Which on the other hand was good thins as the pools themselves have not filter and the water was extremely dirty and looked green. ( see pic)
The first time we tried to have lunch in the garden we have been served fish which had all its guts and was extremely disgusting.
All the green areas were so poorly maintained that it looks like there is a grass here and there only by chance.
The area around the pool was also slippery and you could see little pieces of glass.
The cigar bar which have been announced on various places has only around 4 cigars which were so dry that even if someone have decided to buy it it would have been impossible to smoke it.
After sharing our impressions with some taxi drivers they were all aware that the customer service and the maintenance of the hotel is very poor.
Overall this was waste of our money and a great disappointment. We wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Please see the pictures so you dont make the mistake that we did and go better place.response / report this review -

Not a 5 star hotel, very bad service, hotel staff has no attitude at all. Management don't care about guests. Hotel with no maintenance, lots of devices broken, very dirty in the surroundings. They make your room only sometimes, not always. Food is very low quality, no tasty and no choice. Run away from this hotel, don't come even for free!

quite flashy, service is very nice as well as spa. I am not sure about the hotel being 5-star, though.
