This hotel has a new and an old part. New one is very nice, but old part is shabby. Parking is expensive. Breakfast is satisfactory.

You couldn't expect anything from this hotel. Aside from the interior design, i had no heating in the room. When i referred to them they said this is the case in the whole hotel. Sometimes you even don't get hot water

For the price, its what I expected. Everything is reasonably clean, and everyrhing worked, but there isnr much polish to the place. The sort of place you go for a few days and soend most of your time outside it.
Well located with a metro station on your doorstep and within 20min walk of the city centre and Vitosha Boulevard.
Don't expect too much and you wont be disappointed.response / report this review -

warm welcome, nice staff, the room was clean, with everything we needed and we had a nice view. there is a subway station just right next the hotel.

Ok for a cheap hotel if you're in Sofia for a night out but for anything else probably not worth it. The place looks really tired and there's graffiti in the lifts too. Bit of a mess. I got a business suite for an extra €12 and whilst it's a big room the furnishings are basic and dated.

Great breakfast and dinner opportunities, some commodities however are lacking. The lounge bar is fantastic though!

The worst hotel I've ever been. 25 mins for registration at reception, the internet is so slowly, the room was dirty and smells so bad. Only the location is good.

It's old hotel and not so much renovated but the location is perfect. The rooms are not too small. They clean the rooms every day, whatever time you are out of the room.
It's only a minute away from the underground station.
It's in the central part of the city.
They have a restaurant with a long working time.
The parking is opened for everyone and not so big (as there is a casino as well) but I had no problems with parking there for 3 days.response / report this review -

Don't like it. Expensive really bad service our three bed room was a double bed with a sofa bed. Poor matresses. Decor was dated. Really dusty and dark. Wifi conection was also not good

I haven't stayed in this hotel but I've heard that the rooms can be cleaner and breakfast isn't good enough.
