For its price, it's a very adequate hotel that is difficult to complain about. Quality of service and rooms is similar to many much more expensive hotels I've stayed at.

Nice quiet hotel near Sofia's centre. Close to metro station and mall of Sofia, friendly stuff. We got room upgrade for free and without even ask for that. Our room was convinient and clean. Breakfast was nice too

Great location. Helpful staff. The A/C, air conditioner, or climatic was barely working. It never got below 27 in our room. It was quite hot as the temps outside in the upper 30s.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but air conditioning did not work at all in 36 degree weather and bathrooms and shower was the smallest I'd ever seen in Bulgaria.

First of all, to get it out of the way, this hotel is not impressive from the outside. The area where it is located is run down and grim. The rooms are dated and rather impersonal, but they are clean and comfortable. The bathroom was recently redone and nice. Breakfast was quite tasty, and the staff is really polite and friendly. This is a basic but pleasant hotel.

Clean. The room is quite spacious. Receptionists are friendly and helpful, and speak English. Good breakfast.

The rooms are so clean, their service is really amazing, and ofcourse their food is great, I really loved and enjoyed my stay in this hotel, its location is near Sofia Mall and it is near the city center, and the prices are good and affordable.
