No towels in the shower. Shower is right above the wc. Breakfast is serving at a diner next to the hotel and it is a standart plate. Very poor breakfast! A bit disappointed from the services. Airconditioning in the room is not working! Tidy sheets and pillowcases and damaged decoration runner on the bed!

There is a room for improvement, but in the same price category it is probably one of the best choices. The location makes up for some of the qualities it lacks. Nothing is fatal, any of the problems one can find is not fatal unless you are perfectionist who expects from a hotel too much at a price equal to most hostels in Sofia. If you are on a budget and want a place with no surprises it will be an Ok choice.

Price and locations were very good, but the hotel was quite old (things broken) and not very clean. Also people were nice :)

Really bad Rooms and no internet even though they claim to provide free wifi. One part of the carpet under the heater was constantly wet and the knob to regulate it was covered in some kind of slimy substance. After a 5-10minute shower the water was up over the feet because it could not flow away fast enough due to the drain being clogged. The "Minibar" was a small refrigerator that was turned of. But hey atleast the AC worked and the location was okay. I would not even make people i hate stay at this place.
