  Had very bad experience. I called to order a car. I am not Belgian so after giving adresses i asked whether they have a fixed meter in the car or the price is set free. Suddenly the guy on the phone flipped, became rude, rised his voice and said without any further explanation: if u dont like the prise feel free to take a bus and dropped the phone! :/
  It was rather shocking, unnessesary and totally unnice. I was very frustrated and used a V-taxi in the end. Hope the company will change that guy otherwise they will start loosing clients.
