I was very satisfied with the service. The only company that was able to offer me a ride at 5 am without prior booking, while all others rejected my request in a pretty rude manner. The driver came within 5 minutes of the call, payment by card was available. The only reason I was able to catch my train really.

Ordered a taxi to get me home. Should have been an easy highway ride of about 15 minutes. It almost took double of that

The car that picked me up had the 'check engine' light on. This should not be allowed as a professional taxi driver.

The driver would not go even near the speed limit. We merged on the highway at a speed of about 50-60km/h.
We never reached a speed higher than 85 and were constantly taken over by trucks.

Payment went extremely slow, which is very annoying when its almost 3am

First and last time using this company. Would not recommend.

The driver was late, but suddenly in a rush to pick up another passenger when we were still in the car. Driver was busy with the phone while driving, I didn’t feel safe at all. They didn’t accept a payment by card so I had to run around finding an ATM, while being under pressure from the driver.
