The man, whom I feel pity for, that picked up was rude on a different level. He hung up on the customer mid conversation. Not an ounce of empathy for someone in dire need of a taxi in the middle of the night coming from an emergency admission at the hospital. If you hate your job, just say that. Fortunately the hospital was able to call V-tax, which offered a service how it should be and tipped them accordingly.

Picked up and told me a taxi would arrive in 15 min. When I asked how much it would cost, they hung up on me and never arrived.
