Acheté un ordinateur neuf. utilisé 5 minutes.
La batterie était défectueure, 2 semaines plus tard j'attends toujours qu'ils le réparent. Ils refusent de me rembourser ou de me livrer un autre ordinateur.
Je n'ai jamais vu un service client aussi mauvais.
Consommateur, passe ton chemin.

I bought brand new computer at Redcorp. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for them to fix it.
I haven't been able to use it more than 5 minutes. Never seen a Customer service as bad as this. They refuse to pay me back or give me a replacement computer.
Consumer don't purchase here.
