  J'ai reçu une facture de 15 euros pour un Rv soit disant qui n'aurait pas été annulé. Or je l'ai fait via le site présent de l'hôpital D'Ixelles, en date du 8 Août vers 22h. Je vous remercie de votre attention. Dominique Legrand

  Horrible emergency services!!!! Emergency is the only name given but it seems they don't want to give any priority to patient even the patient is in big trouble.
  I asked people at reception about doctor but they told they don't know when Doctor can comeIs this emergency treatment!!!
  It seems they were not happy because I was not French speaking. I suggest them not to book appointments for English speaking people if they are not happy to attend then. Only French hospital!!!!!!
  Doctor treating the patient goes on break leaving g the patient in the room and patient's
  to sit in the room for hour to wait for the doctor after he finishes his break. worst experience I ever had in my life..
  Highly not recommended Hospital.

  J'ai été maltraitée à plusieurs reprises, et par différents services de cet hôpital, donc je ne le recommande à personne. D'ailleurs si ce n'était pas pour une question de proximité à mon domicile je n'y mettrais pas le pied. Service clinique du sein, deux fois que je me fais engueuler comme du poisson pourri, car je viens faire une echo demandée par ma gynéco!! Plus jamais je passerai par là.
  Justement, une des fois où j'ai été traitée le pire, c'est aux urgences où plusieurs membres du personnel se sont moqué de ma très intense douleur (calcules vésicules biliaire), et ont refusé de m'administrer des calmants, en pretextant que j'avais vomis exprès le calmant donné auparavant, alors que c'était à cause des intenses douleurs, et par spasmes involontaires.Si je connaissais d'une quelconque manière de pouvoir nuire à la réputation de cet hôpital je le ferais!!!!!!!

  Impossible d'avoir les résultats d'une prise de sang pendant 2 mois. L'hôpital juré d'avoir envoyé et renvoyé les résultats à mon docteur et refusait catégoriquement de me les faire parvenir. C'est seulement 3 semaines après la dernière réclamation que mon docteur a enfin reçu mes analyses. J'ai eu par ailleurs une visite médicale chez un spécialiste. Par contre ça c'était très bien et j'ai eu le rendez-vous rapidement.

  Great maternity ward.
  They saved both me and my baby. We both stopped breathing during the last phases of labour. In four minutes, I was intubated, under general anesthesia, cut open and baby was born.
  I spent 24 hours in intensive care and the personnel for the maternity ward came down to help me start breast feeding and to comfort me. Psychological assistance was also readily offered to both me and my husband and baby was smuggled down by personnel to get me to meet him before I was moved to the maternity ward.
  All in all a very hard and difficult experience which could have turned into disaster if the personnel had not been so fast, competent and supportive.
