Very good rooms and service

We booked a room via Internet but the hotel claimed they didn't get a reservation from us. They also said we would be the only ones with this problem - a great lie since during the weekend about 10 more people arrived with reservations but no free room was left. Additionally, the guys at the reception didn't offer any help. Luckily the agency we booked at organized us a room in a hotel nearby after about 5 telephone calls.

This place is awful! Room 13 was a stinking filthy pit with no toilet seat and a plugged up shower drain.
The wifi didn't work and the location is 20 minute walk to nearset metro.response / report this review
