The Owner was very rude when I complained that there were bugs on the bed. He says that the bugs must have come with luggage. How can someone bring bugs to the whole hostel. I literally saw some crawling on my legs in the lift, bathroom and lobby. This place is a hell. No air-conditioning, no fans atleast. Ohh yeah, and the place is completely surrounded by trannies and prostitutes, have a pleasant stay.

Very clean and close to every place. Staff was well informed and very hospitable. Rooms were clean and washrooms too. I would definitely stay again.

Very good hostel with great staff. Has an equipped kitchen with fridge and chocolate and coffee to drink, good wifi and a meeting room. **careful, there are 2 hostels under this name, the second one is next to the grand Palace, and does not have a reception..

It was a standard hostel experience for me considering the price. I found Having to pay a city tax on top of my bill quite annoying also but this is not a mark against the hostel just something to be aware of.
The location was a short walk from the city centre and the rooms were cleaned daily which was a bonus.
I stayed in a 6 bed mixed dorm ensuite that wasnt overly cramped, there was plenty of ventilation and a fan. The hostel also had an elevator which was very useful when your room is on the 3rd floor and you have a lot of luggage.
Do consider this hostel does not have a laundry and does not allow you to take bikes inside to be stored. However there is a laundry within walking distance and there is an area outside the entrance to lock your bike to. Don't make the same mistake I did and leave your water bottle on your bike as it will be gone in the morning! So if you're biking do consider bringing a heavy duty lock and wrapping it through your wheels.

It was very nice, a really great system and it just worked very well. Great rooms very clean good location. That said, don't go to Brussels. Brussels is lame. Go somewhere more interesting, but if you have to stay in Brussels, this is a great hostel

Nice place to stay. It's close to many restaurants and bars, the beach volleyball courts, the tram, the movie theater, a small carnival during the summer, and Grand Place. The staff is very helpful, they shared their charger converter, and helped me with local hot spots. A few things to keep in mind are that you have to make your own bed, there's no a/c, and breakfast isn't included. Overall it was great! The other guests are friendly too. All of this was during Tomorrowland 2016.

This hostel is really great! As arrival I was very astonished by the nice decoration in the living room. Seemed that they just did the renovation, and I think they really succeed :) About the hospitality I can't say anything bad as they received us as the best!
And location is almost perfect as it only a few footsteps away from a area with lots of bars and restaurants. (Saint Cathérine)

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, clean and great location. The only thing that wasn't great is that you have to make check in a different building and then walk with alll your luggage to the bedroom building.

Great time at this Hostel! Stayed in May of 2015 in the 14 bed mixed dorm. Met wonderful people in our room and had a blast with them!

Fantastic hostel! Super kind people helping me. Lovely hall where I could stay until late hours in the night. In a Perfect position in the city centre. Rooms not too big but for young and economical travellers surely the best solution!!! I had an amazing time in brux

The hostel itself was fab. It was clean and the bathroom we had was lovely as well. Only few issues were that we'd booked a double room to find out when we got into the room there were twin beds as in two singles together. Not what I expected when booking a room for myself and my partner. Also the hot water appeared to be attached to something else as in the shower the water would go from boiling to freezing and the following morning we had no hot water at all! However the social area was lovely the beer is reasonably priced and the staff were friendly!
