I visited IKEA during lockdown and they seem very well organized. I was directed to the underground parking and, when I entered, I was allocated a parking position and a shop attendant brought my flat pack, with some biscuits as a present. Definitely a positive experience

Big place, you can find almost everything you need and will end up buying a lot of things you didn’t think you need before coming there and things you don’t actually need. The price is not the best in class! It is somewhat overpriced but the quality js decent.

Super place for shoping. Only problem that you cannot ask shopassistats for help. They never knows where to find something. They always answer but tej answers are wrong. I am sorry to say so.

Overall good Ikea experience. The collection of the items was done by the staff and the delivery happened on the same day. One small minus is that one package was broken and needs to be replaced. Other than that, the assembly tuned out to be quite fun and went without any issue.

Service so bad as to be mind-numbing. Cashiers and sale-floor apparently unable to communicate on anything more complicated than light bulbs.

I arranged to have a mattress and bed delivered in the show room. We had picked a delivery date and time. But after three trips back and forth between the check-out and the show room, I gave up on them.

IKEA has always had some interesting design ideas and good selection and prices, but today was the day I gave up on being treated as livestock.

On one hand, they have a great selection of products, the food is great + cheap, the store is clean and the show rooms are nice. But on the other, there's barely any employee you can talk to, the one I finally found could not find a product that was on their site (and in the store) and the computers in the store have a very bad touchscreen (beware that you are supposed to type in all caps, it won't give any search results otherwise). I recommend using their website even to look for where items are stored (it's extremely accurate + constantly updating).

A good selection overall, but come during the work week! It's absurdly overcrowded on Saturdays, with insanely long and slow-moving queues. A very unpleasant shopping experience if you visit on Saturday, but fine the rest of the week. Also, it would be nice if it were open on Sundays, but hey, that's Belgium for you

Exellent IKEA store. you can find everything you need for your house. nice prices, and a lot of choices.
there is a huge parking. a place for children. a nice menu for all the day. they are working good to keep you there as long as they can 😂😂😂
