  I came here on a business trip and stayed a bit later to enjoy the area including Brussels itself.
  The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly, making my stay a memorable one.
  
  The town itself is quite, but has a decent amount of shopping available, as well as great restaurants with a friendly and local vibe.
  
  I will most definitely return.

  Quiet, beautiful, relaxing setting, yet the location is right downtown. So ideal! Delicious breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and pillows too.

  The location is great. The hotel is right in the city center of waterloo. Perfect for strolling through waterloo.
