We had a Fantastic Stay in this smart new hotel, the staff were fantastic, and helpful, I must also Thank Abdul for his help in locating a motorcycle shop to repair our damaged machine, what a fantastic Man, and a credit to the company, we will stay here again next time we visit Brussels

Clean, simple and affordable. Close to Audi Brussels at Forest. Nearby is Ruisbroek, a nice little suburb to Brussels.

We arrived to a room full of dead flies and dirt all around the shower, toilet and skirting boards. We were then moved to a second room with blood on the floor and dead flies in the room again. Ibis customer services isn't interested in giving us any sort of refund or compensation so they obviously find this an acceptable condition for their rooms, avoid at all costs.

Triple bedroom ensuite was clean. Shower and toilet separated with body gel available. All were clean and in good condition.
Located 7 minutes walk from Ruisbroek railway station. From Ruisbroek station just 7 minutes train ride to Brussels Midi station and 14 minutes train ride to Brussels central station. Train schedule to Brussels Midi and Brussels Central just 1 or 2 times in an hour. Despite of this, ibis budget Ruisbroek Hotel still value for money as the room rate much lower than other hotels in Brussels city.response / report this review -

Let me remind you, this is a "budget" hotel
cheap, good environment (there is a friendly nice bar just in front of this hotel), good mini market. Staffs were friendly and speak good English. Free wifi with decent speed (upgradable speed with fee). Hot and cold shower running properly.
Prepare for small room, toilet, and shower. The toilet and shower room are without lock. The shower door is glass with blind enough to cover your body but the handle is hollow and at stomach level.
AC is not cool despite the lowest temperature and max fan speed settings.
No amenity provided. No phone.
The room lock is with digital number combination lock. Be sure to remember them or simply don't lose the paper your receptionist gave you.
Again it's budget.
