Second time because of work being lodged 1 week. Breakfast is good enough different choices and nice Orange juice. Scramble eggs to ameliorate. Rooms are big enough but tv channels all local ,not other europen countriesl channels at all. Finally matresses on the bed you can sink in them. Too soft mattresscould not sleep well.

No restaurant for evening meals. No bottled water in the room (€6 for 1 litre). The rooms are big but they have cold hard floors. Room lighting is really inadequate and the Wifi connection process is a pain in the butt. Just didn't feel inviting and comfortable.

Update 05/10/17: The executive room was really nice. Really big with a nice sofa.

Very poor service in this hotel! There is no information on the whole website or in the general conditions that dogs are not allowed. I came with my dog and they didn`t let me in, so I had to sleep in the car! Cancellation of the prepaid room was also not accepted. I never had such problems in any other hotels I was in my life. Ter Elst - never again!!
