Extremely bad! If you can you should avoid this place. I wonder if the cleaning standards of the hotel are below the one requested by the law. There are bedbugs everywhere and some of my friends got allergies after the stay. Do not stay there!

The hotel is nice and cheap, though there was something wrong in the room I was in: it was called a suite, and it is basically in the lobby. Right when you come in. The room has a big private garden, but the door to it wont shut. The bathrooms and showers were lile in school dormitorys. The kitchen is a massive kitchen, but not houselike. Creepy entrance and exit ways to this room. But of course, you get what you pay for.

Appreciate that this is a budget place, but it looks rather run down and a bit sad. The room itself was not dirty but the stairwell and hallway were.

manager was initially apologetic about bedbugs crawling all over the bed at midnight and told us he could transfer us to a 2 bed USED room for the night because there were no other rooms. there were 4 adults and 1 child in our party. He made 1bed so my son can sleep. Rest of us stayed awake as we did not have any bed to sleep on and we were so traumatized seeing so many bedbugs and ended up checking all our clothes and luggages. My son, dad and sister were bitten. Next day manager was unconcerned and told us that since we stayed the night in the used room, we will not be issued a refund! So unbelievable and unacceptable

Really friendly staff and great parking and awesome rooms ! Could have been a bit cleaner but really outstanding and it's amazing for the price !

Stay away! Check in is at 4pm ( you have to pay to check in earlier). Expect to wait for atleast half an hour to check in they take about 10 minutes per person. Check out is promptly at 10 or you can pay again for an extra few hours. They come to your door right at check out time to make sure you are leaving.
Room had so many things broken, couldn't shut the window, toilet smelled like sewage. Very loud. In a super jewish area so if you walk outside not completely covered expect some stares.
One of our worst hotel experiences at a ridiculously high price. Go somewhere else.response / report this review -

This is a cozy apartment hotel not far from the railway station, very convenient for short visits to explore Antwerp.
