The hours for the gym and sauna were inconvenient for a buisness traveler. Hallways were dark and had spare beds against the walls. Breakfast selection was very good.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Maybe air conditioning should be in all the rooms, so you don't have to pay extra for it. Parking could be labelled hotel lido so customers no where to park.

Beautiful hotel as soon as you walk in. Everything looks very welcoming and high class from the lobby especially with the spiralling staircase. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated with a modern touch. Very nice lighting ambience in the room and the beds are very comfortable. Very nice amenities such as a complimentary water boiler/coffee and tea in room, a nice gym facility and best of all their breakfast spread was amazing!

Very nice hotel in a surprisingly nice town. The hotel is modern with excellent rooms. The staff was very helpfull with changing the room when it turned out that we had booked without airconditioning. Breakfast was a feast.

One of my favorite hotels when I'm in Haiti for business. Easy for my vendors and client to meet me for meetings and the staffs are extremely friendly. The rooms are absolutely fantastic and bathroom clean. The staff is there to assist you before you even know you need something. The GM, Ron is always around to guarantee you the very best service. The only problem I had was leaving (But I'll be back).
