  Very poor service!
  2 days trying to call inno number to make an appointment for benefit no answer very poor management style not focus on clients!

  The locals love this superstore, the German know it from Germany too. You get all your clothes and stuff for the household overthere. Just a recommandation for tourists: the Galeria has a nice restaurant inside, you can get your meal for fair prices.

  The best department store in Brussels. Safe inside but rue neuve is unsafe. It's a ghetto as soon as you leave the store And thieves lurk on your shopping bags.

  You'll find a lot of major and luxury brands under one roof (clothing, perfumes, jewelry, accessories etc), but the thing that prevents me to put 3 stars is that checkout is constantly understaffed and/or slow.
  So go there for the wide choice, but if you can avoid peak hours or you'll be sure to spend some time in the queue.
