This is a so-called 4star hotel; however, it doesn't worth more than 3. The room was cold, the front desk didn't want to acknowledge it for about an hour when they brought an electric heater. In the morning, the light in the bathroom did not work. All this for over 200 euros for a night Staff speaks in French when we spoke to them in English. This was one of the worst experiences ever had.

Location is excellent close to EP. Rooms are decent. Breakfast is very good and dinner options are wide range.

Great rooms and good location - third time we've stayed here! Staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast needs to be improved, as the restaurant for lunch and dinner is very good - quality of breakfast doesn't match! Despite this, we always enjoy our stays here and would recommend.

Best Hotel in Brussels !

We stayed for 3 nights, in our wedding trip. In the room we were waiting for a wonderful view of the European Parliament and a bottle of champagne. I travel a lot, but I have never seen such breakfast, just magnificent. The rooms are clean. After repair, the staff is very amiable. Highly recommend!

Really flawless hotel! Everything nice (location to the EU parlament, two blocks from a Metro stop, nice neighborhood, etc.)! We spent a weekend in Brussels and the room was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and gave us a nice start for a day of walking and exploring. If you're coming for a weekend, stop looking and book a room here straightaway!

Everything is great about our stay in the hotel. Room, customer service, location. But the "free"breakfast is terrible. Nothing is free in my book, it's included in the basic package but i would like to see the price of the "non breakfast deal" if this does exist. As I've mentioned earlier, great hotel experience in general and I would recommend to others but just wished the breakfast wasn't a thing.

Fantastic location just behind EU Parliament. Great service and lovey staff. Bus stop is just 5 yards away from the hotel door which takes you to the Grand market. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Good range of breakfast and hassle free service. They also keep your luggage after the check out which a bonus. More vegetarian options in breakfast would have made me more happy. But over all with three nights stay I am very satisfied with the service I received. If I will be in Brussels next time I will not think twice to book this hotel. Please give me good rates. :) All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.
