  The shop was busy and mistook my order with some items, and I found out after I left Belgium, but I wrote them email with description and receipt, they made refund in 2 days. incredible attitude how they do customer service! Impressed and pleasant shopping experience in Brussels

  Amazing brand for chocolate lovers plus this shop has the best service I've ever had in my life ! The advices, the explanations, the gentleness it was amazing! I really do recommend this shop in particular!
  I usually don't rate 5 stars but I can't help myself this shopping experience was a delight! Thanks a lot!

  I dont recommend the store because they didn't treat well to customers. They offer tasting to customers judging by appearance, those who seem to buy more, with more bags, and just with bags from refined stores. Do not go there with your carrefour bag!

  I came here accompanying my friends to buy box of chocolates. Then, while waiting I happened to buy its hot chocolate which taste super good. But somehow the shop is little bit too narrow. So, I have to enjoy the hot chocolate outside the shop.

  Nice staff, quite expensive chocolate but worth every penny! Their chocolate coated strawberries are impressive!
