Heel professioneel geholpen geweest. Aangename dokter die tijd voor u klaarmaakt voor eventuele vragen. Lasik operatie is heel goed gelukt en heb daarna nooit klachten gehad.

The doctors I saw (2 doctors) were very kind and professional. But I am writing this review because there was one reception staff whom I had to talk with about some urgent situation I had with my contact lens and she was very rude and harshly blamed me for not having done something which the clinic actually had not explained me to do to begin with. When I told her I had not done this process simply because the clinic had never told me to do that and that it was not nice of her to say it was my neglect, she coldly hung up the phone

I had a very bad experience with Dr Vryghem. I got dry eyes after my surgery and he blocked my tear ducts with plugs (apparently that's the standard practice, he said). I started having photo-phobia on the right eye, which could not stand the light at all. I couldn't even work in front of a computer. It is a long story I ended up with an eye ulcer and he refused removing the plugs, although I insisted they were harmful for me. He was very rude, he never listened, he was only focus in measuring my eye sight to prove that he had achieved his goal. I finally went to another surgeon and explained the story, begging to have these plugs removed. Everything went well since them. Apparently those plugs were inflaming my eyelids. In my experience, he might be a good surgeon but he is not a good doctor. He is very egocentric and not able to listen to patients with troubles. So, if surgery goes well, no issues. If it happens you are one of those having troubles after surgery, you'd better change doctor. I would not recommend him at all.

Quick and professional service, they offered allot of information about what they would do, what the risks where etc. and made sure that there was a good follow up to exclude as much risk as possible. I recommended them to a friend and we are both very satisfied about their service.
