  Very nice bead & breakfast just 4 km outside city centre of Ypres. Quiet stay out of town with very nice and caring hosts. Nice rooms, I can recommend it.

  Top B&B. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Goede uitvalbasis voor uitstappen. Top ontbijt, vooral appelcrumble op zondagmorgen. Mooie ruime en propere kamers. Is een aanrader.

  A very good B & B, nice owners who helped us find many attractions.
  The rooms were clean and large.
  would recommend this to those who prefer to live outside the city but still close.
  A B & B with nice touches such as the animals outside the windows and generous owners.
