Not enough parking..they've blocked their front with a metal chain to prevent motorcycle parking but couldn't provide alternative space.
They dont have enough lifts for vertical circulation nor have fire stair. Even their general stair is a critical one.response / report this review -

I don't think any commercial complex could be so unflattering there are three lifts to serve this 22 storied building out of which at least 2 lifts are dedicated for Rupayan employees only the long line of people waiting to catch the lift service stretches out to the main road during the morning hours taking the lift can be is mostly time-consuming often the lift operators would ignore your call to provide passage to the Rupayan employees as they are entitled the stairs are not comfortable so most people don't take them even if they are willing to avoid long queues for the lifts they shut the main entrance after 7:30 so if you have to get in or out you have use the basement the whole building has a very poor maintenance system accompanied by extremely poor ventilation and don't expect to have enough daylight and you will find it extremely gloomy and let's not talk about parking in short - one of the most inhospitable commercial complexes in the town (If I could I would give negative ratings)
