Good market with enough space. It was a very famous market 10 years back. But after launching on some new markets nearby, popularity of this market has fallen down. Still you can use it for shopping or having food on 3rd floor. Food quality not up to the mark though.

The Karnaphuli Garden City Shopping Mall is situated at Shantinagar, Dhaka. The place is very good for shopping. It is very neat and clean and spacious also. It is beside the main road opposite to S.A. Paribahan, Head Office. Various types of good are sold here. Beauty product, ready made garments, ornaments are sold here. One can shop daily necessaries from here. I like the palce for shopping.

It is a shopping mall for middle-class people. It is good for footwear, women jewellery & dress. You can buy different jewellery products and cosmetics at a reasonable price. You can buy a lady's footwear from here. It has some good quality shop like MISS & others.
Ladies can buy shares and 3 pieces with reasonable price with a bargain. 4th floor has food coat but people may not prefer it to much. People use less of the 3rd floor. 1st floor has some gif shop with the help people to buy a different type of gifts. 2nd floor is for jewellery & dress and 3rd floor is for footwear and others..

The mall was very popular and busy around Shantinagar area in last decade. Nowadays people have more shopping options in different areas of Dhaka city. As an old shopping complex Karnafhuli Garden City is just surviving by the regular customers only. This mall still has a variety of products available to attract walk-in clients. The food court is big enough for trendy crowd.

It is well furnished, modern shopping mall at Shanti Nagar where you will find all necessary things as per your expectation.
You will get baby items, shoes, ornament, toys, etc in the ground floor.
In the first floor, all kind of clothes of men, women, children's are available.
On the upper floors, mobile, mobile accessories, food stores are available.
Have facilities of escalator, capsule lift, AC.
Though price of the products are little bit high but have quality products. The behaviour of the sales men are very good.
This market is very neat and clean.
You can change your product within the time frame, you need to discuss this before buying any product.
The security system of this shopping mall is very fine.

Karnaphuli Garden City Shipping Mall ( কর্ণফুলী গার্ডেন সিটি শপিং মল) is near the Bir Uttam Samsul Alam Sarak (বীর উত্তম সামসুল আলম সড়ক). One of the top shopping mall for the people around Shantinagar (শান্তিনগর). Its quite big,, have many shopping corner at the top flor there's the food corner. But their is not any fixed price for any items so its really annoying that one must bargain and most often time people can be cheated. Same about the food corner. Price is little bit higher than the quality and the quantity. Well,there's a parking area for vehicles.

This is one of the popular shipping complex of the people around the people of Shantinagar. This shopping mall has different levels. At the top floor it has food court. Though those place are not cheap. There was a time when a lot of people use to came this place to shop from long distances. This place is expensive to shop. This shopping complex has parking option. One of the oldest market in this area. Not very crowded. There are a lot of clothing stores available in this market, but none of them are fixed price shop. So you need to bargain a lot. There is a food court in the top floor of the market, to me the food quality was not good and price seemed to be a little bit high compare to the quality. But if you are looking for a quiet place for hangout, this is the perfect place.

This market is closed full day on Thursday and half day (till 02.00p.m) on Friday. Food Point remains open every day from 9.30 a.m till 8.00 p.m including holidays.
