  It’s really pathetic experience. They told me that, I will get the VISA within 5 working days. According to that, I have booked Air Ticket, Hotel in Thailand. But its working day no. 8. I didn’t received any notification from them. I already missed today’s flight and have to pay penalty in Hotel. As per the announcement of Thai Embassy it should take 5 working days to process the VISA. But they told me its minimum 5 working day and max they don’t know.

  Very much disappointed with the service.👎Okay, i applied for tourist Visa . it's about 1 month. but there's no response from them!
  for them i am not applying for singapore! They don't giving me the visa or else give me the passport. they are not doing anything at all! What the hell man? try to improve your service or give me my passport!

  Really pathetic service and waiting for my Visa for about a month already and no response from the Embassy. The visa section never answers the phone. Never had any problem in my life traveling to another country, considering the fact that I have always lived outside Bangladesh.

  Very much disappointed with the service.👎Okay, i applied for tourist Visa via agency but did not get it and there was a 'vl' sign on the last page of my passport which even thier helpline center couldn't tell the meaning. When i went to RTE they said that i need appointment to visiteven i also knew that.. but when i call there is a computerized voice,90% non-understandable, speaks. what to do? When i called their helpline center they said that they cannot give me any appointment. if there helpline cannot give me an appointment then who can..
  I mean no disrespect but i deserve an explanation.. simple
