This is so frustating moment for all people when they confused about the embassy of france adreess or location ..this is not fair at all ,,please give a correct address so that people can send or match their documents,,give exactly address of france embassy ..

This is so frustrating to call French Embassy. I am in France and my family including my son , who is an American passport, will travel to France for Bangladesh at the same day. I called to the public telephone number at least ten times and then no response apart from just stating the general message of its opening hours and the emergency phone number. Without having no alternative and with some doubts if my case falls in emergency category, I called the emergency number. They just behave rude with tone so frustrating. When I said that it is a visa section case and they said please contact the general number and not this one ,even without giving me any change to explain. Then I called again so many times with general number and the results are same, no response. After that, I keep calling to emergency number and found it engaged. After several times of try, I discover that they are cutting the call off. At last in fourth and fifth try, they responded and saying me that look this is not the visa section number. Then I told him, please listen and then you tell me if it is emergency. I keep telling that I am in France and my family is going to travel today in France with my son but he is taken any visa and I am helpless. He is an American Citizen and having an US passport. He said straight, he does not need visa, without clarifying the 90 days issue. Anyway, the way he responded was impolite and for me, highly frustrating. When I was responded first time in this number, the lady told me "the embassy is for serving French people". I just can't believe, what! In sum, it is frustrating that the general number is a infact a deadline but with general announcement that telling you the emergency number. And when you call emergency number, they suggest you call back in the dead number. So non sense and frustrating.
