  It's very old community centre so far I understand. Surely not clean that I expected. I hard it's actually it's operated by City Corporation and so things are not so nice. Foods quality also not so great that I have hear. But definitely it's a cheaper option if you want to minimise your ceremony cost. Mostly local community arrange program there as that is matching with their afford.
