Walton, name of trust and quality. Biggest electronics company of Bangladesh. It produces fridge,AC, fan,bulb,air cooler, electric switch, washing machine, TV,rice cooker and a bunch of Motorbikes.

I bought a Walton deep freezer - FC-2T-FH-205 Ltr, on January 15th 2017 from your Walton Plaza, Bashundhara city. On February 3rd 2017 it went out of order. They repaired and returned that on February 5th at 6 PM. But in the mean time the food especially meat and fish worth Taka 12000 got rotten..
On February 24, 2017 the same unit went out of order again. I called your service. None has showed up till now. This time I have lost meat worth Taka 10,000.
My question is why do you sell such rotten products? Who will pay for my monitory loss?
