One of the best hospital of Bangladesh. It’s very neat and clean. The treatment of this hospital is best. You will get the best treatment here. It’s very well arranged and disciplined. Every individual floor is divided for every section. There is a cafeteria where everyone can get healthy and tasty foods. But the patients and hospital staff kitchen is different. There are lots of lifts facilities which is divided some for patients and hospital staff and others are for outsiders. The service of this hospital is awesome. My dad was admitted there so I have seen the best service of the staffs and doctors. If you want the best treatments for your beloved one you can get the best treatment here.

One of the expensive hospitals in Bangladesh. Doctors fee is quite above the limit of the middle class people. Some of the doctors service is very satisfactory rest of them are average. Number of Nurse stuffs is low low. When I was there with my mother only one nurse cover a quite long floor after evening. We pressed the emergency buttons several times and being frustrated we gave up and walk to their counter. Nurses are inexperienced too. There was one nurse who tried to make a cannula on my mother's and failed. She was going to make a big accident on that time.
Lab service prices are quite expensive too.

My friend’s six year old son had a fall from bed while he was jumping and playing on the bed. He had a bad cut on his forehead and chin; he was bleeding like anything and he was gasping. We brought him to United Hospital emergency. It was 830pm. They took over the baby and things happened after that like a breeze. They did all necessary investigation. Neurosurgeon doctors explained to us why they need to give GA to the young kid for repairing the wound; within one hour after we reached United Hospital, my nephew had his wound repaired and was admitted. He was discharged the next day afternoon; the service that we received from United Hospital doctor, nurses and all other staff, were excellent and it meant a lot at the time of worries and helplessness.

United hospital located on Gulshan-2 has been serving patients for over a decade. It is one of the top 3 private hospital in Dhaka city. Like all major hospitals there may be couple of issues with service but this is true for all major hospitals in Dhaka. Overall it's very clean with trained nurses and experienced doctors to serve and care their patients. I have some of my family members who have been there for treatment and no one had any issues with service. They also have dedicated large prayer room in ground floor which is uncommon for a hospital but appreciate it.

Healthcare service in Bangladesh for a burgeoning population of 160 million is inadequate and until recently a significant number of people had to travel overseas for treatment resulting in high costs and dislocation for the affected families and foreign currency loss for the country. United group took the challenge and set up a referral hospital in the country to provide international standard treatment facilities in an evolving and nascent private sector industry.

United Hospital was conceived by a group of prominent doctors in mid 80s under the name of Continental Hospital. Although some progress in the construction was made by early 90s the dream of the initiators remained unfulfilled till 2004 when United Group stepped in and took the responsibility of completing the project that had been waiting to see daylight for 16 years.

United Hospital was inaugurated as a multidisciplinary 450 bed capacity, spread over a total area of about 450,000 sft, healthcare service provider for millions of people of Bangladesh. Since its opening and most of 2007 was devoted to building up each department slowly and gradually. The year 2008 was the first full year of operation of United Hospital, in real sense. In 2009 we can reasonably say that we have been able to include most of the services & department that a multi-disciplinary hospital should have.

Common toilets are turning disgusting. Flush broken, door-latches poor condition. Hospital services are OK though. Doctors are still top-notch. Food court offers excellent choice and price range is average.

The doctors who sit here to consult patients take care of patients properly and they will try to give you the best possible care they can give. The emergency department here is not really good and the on-call doctors needs to change as they might give you a wrong treatment if specialist doctors aren't called. The cabins are costly but for overnight stay for patients this place is good. It has both good and bad but it's better to have experience before here to take treatment here.

Though treatment is costly, it is an well managed hospital. You have not to wait long time if you go at their said time. Surrounding of the hospital is beautiful. Gulshan lake is in front of this hospital. Authority does not allow food from outside. House rent at low cost is available near the hospital.

Stands on Gulshan lake the hospital is very neat and clean. Has many specialist doctors here. Reputation is good. In heart surgery this hospital has a good reputation. The treatment charge is of course a little high.

Renowned Hospital in BD but yesterday while we are visiting the hospital, lift door was not open keeping man inside it. Security/staff was there and informed but they were too inactive to rescue the sufferer & visitors ultimately saved/rescued the victim.

recently i donated blood to one of my relatives in this hospital.I had to stay in that hospital for days.Their service was excellent. The cost was also reasonable. i had an awesome experience in that hospital, though i just donated blood .

I stayed there for two weeks almost 9 days. heavily drugged though as I was recovering from a bad case of motorbike accidentit was back in 2006. From what I remember of the waking hours the doctors were pretty transparent in their diagnosis and the care givers were really very professional and cordial. one thing to note they strictly didn't allow any food from outside, even home cooked and their kitchen did a good job to provide balanced savory meals

I have always found them very professional and good hospital. The doctors are very open to the patients and give time to answer all the queries the patients might have. The nurses are equally well trained and caring too. This is not for mid-range income level people though, typically they are known to be expensive. But I like their clean environment and healthy food option from their kitchen.

Some lucky patients can return alive from this hospital but their families die financially. If you want to do harm to your rival, just get him admitted there. You will be pleased within very short period at the aftermath. The hospital will take the revenge on behalf of you without any dictation or persuasion. Many prominent persons died there due to its most modern medical equipment, highly experienced doctors, beautiful environment and last but not the least, the treatment bill.
