Terrible, very very bad management, staffs r very misbehaved, don't know any cartisy, manager frequently lied to the guests, rooms r in very bad condition. I never go there again & don' t advice anybody to stay there. Foods r also not good.

It has a good and wide area which makes it more beautiful than the other hotels available here in Cox's Bazar. It's great for corporate events but not much for individual visit or stay coz the price is overrated IMO. I gave it 4 stars and I'm sure they can do more to improve the over all experience :)

It was almost okay. Buy their services should be better. They don't change the toiletries everyday. its like you get one toilet tissue and a small soap for no matter how long you live there when it suppose to be changed everyday. if you call them for thia reason then its like "haven't they given it already"!

Appreciated for nice arrangements. Room rates are also reasonable. Recommended for the welcome drinks for all guests visiting the hotel, it will not cost much, but it will give very good impression.

Beautiful hotel that you can access even if you are not a guest! That's right you can shop, walk through it, have drinks, eat or go swim on the very nicely groomed beaches. Watch as they have professional sand castles building and other fun activities. It's all free too!! I recommend parking on the south west side of the hotel if you can find a spot. There's a little beach entrance there and that way you don't have to pay for the hotel parking.

If you want the best view of sea in a reasonable price, then Hotel Sea Crown is the best option. Room decoration, room service was satisfactory.
But I think in this competitive market the hotel authority should rethink about the room fare. Compared to other luxurious hotel room fare is too high.

It's definitely has to be one of the best hotel in Cox's bazaar. It has elegant environment. The rooms are beautifully decorated & spacious. Room service is excellent. The free buffet breakfast is awesome. Has a swimming pool. The best experience was poolside BBQ party.

The rooms are cozy, they have great service at reasonable price. But they have very less items to eat in buffet with high prize. Otherwise everything is fine.

good rooms. you cant keep your devices n phones charging while you are out of the room. that card swiping door shuts down electricity.

Sea Palace is quite good place to stay. I'll suggest if you can stay in the crown plaza. Crown plaza is quite okay. Large auditorium for conference, around 1,000 people can participate here. Swimming pool, billiard, shopping places these are available in house here.
