Spent some best moments of my life

I will remember that beautiful sea view room fo many days.

Their complementary buffet breakfast was really good.

And we will remember the beautiful candle light dinner and the honeymoon cake.
everything was so nice, beautiful

Hopefully will be there again in future!

one of best hotel in Cox Bazar. Its beach view room give you a great experience of sea beach. Swimming pool is nice but you can swim only once in each day. It has a Bar which generally starts from evening and open till mid night. Party is cool at Thursday night.

Clean and beautiful hotel! Staffs are skilled and very much supportive. Rooms are with good space with a specious volt. Central AC system and the hot&cool water supply is very good. The pool is small but clean. The Pirates Den Bar has less collection of liquor, that might upset you. A portion of west and the south side rooms only have the sea view. So be aware when you select your rooms. Probably it will take around 20 minutes walk to visit the beach.

One of the best five star hotel in Cox's Bazar. They have a wide and big car parking area, wheelchair accessible anywhere. Big reception area, lift lobby, swimming pool, roof top restaurant, ballroom, spa, bar, etc. Rooms are nice and cozy, morning breakfast buffet got wide range of items. There are more five star hotels in town but I personally still prefer this place for my accommodation.

Amazing service and staffs. Also loved its overall appearance and quality equipments. Only missing ketly for drinkable hot waters. It should be mandatory for all rooms as a standard accessory. But overall loved it.

At Ocean Paradise Hotel & Resort their arrangement made me to feel like a Paradise.The hotel Sea view room is excellent watching ocean from your room. Food taste is good and sky view restaurant best in town.One of the few places that serve alcohol in Cox’s Bazar. Great place for family and friends.

The Hotel is beautiful well implemented with a view to the sea � has beautiful landscapes good restaurant and very good attention. I recommend to all the people who go from tourism to that charming place Ah I forgot close to the hotel is the U r u to see the wonders at the bottom of the sea � to God thank you we enjoyed it at most we liked it very muchFood quality good.. All Service good always.. Beautiful hotel that you can access even if you are not a guest! That's right you can shop, walk through it, have drinks, eat or go swim on the very nicely groomed beaches. Watch as they have professional sand castles building and other fun activities. It's all free too!! I recommend parking on the south west side of the hotel if you can find a spot. There's a little beach entrance there and that way you don't have to pay for the hotel parking.

A very beautiful hotel to live in Cox's Bazar. I have stayed in Superior deluxe with sea view balcony. Room is quite good to stay, from balcony you can enjoy the sea. In house foods are great. Employees behaviour also good enough. Sea is near from the hotel.

In Crowded Cox's a place to relax. Rooftop bar has chilled beer. One of the few places where alcohol is allowed. You can carry your own drink into dining place and ask for ice or glasses.

Room is cozy, buffet breakfast is fantastic. However I didn't got my welcome drink which was promised in the list of facilities. Also they didn't provide a high up room despite vacancy. Sea isn't easily viewable from 2nd or 3rd floor. Take a lot of time to provide food to the room though it's tasty.

Amazing hotel. It's super shiny everywhere once you enter. 😀 we went there for rooftop dinner and it was magnificent!! From their service to the taste of their foods and the view was a gift really! And guess what? Food price is really very reasonable compared to other 5star hotels. :) The only reason I'm taking away one star is because the area of their premises is not that big and the surroundings doesn't give a good sense of view too, though the location is good. And as I've said before, once you enter your world changes. :)

A Large 5 star hotel in Cox's Bazaar. A 10 minutes drive from the airport. Outside look is great. Inside there is swimming pool, table tennis facility. The room services are good but could be made better. Rush is more than other hotels.

It's a good place to stay, the staff try to help as best they can, the wifi service needs improvement, despite several requests I couldn't get a password after my first day.
Breakfast was ordinary but I will say it was better than the other hotels in the same price range.
Pool regulations may be a bit of a bother for many people.
I stayed in a deluxe sea view room. View of the ocean is good given that you are staying on the third floor rather than the second.

The hotel staff were very well mannered, the rooms were wonderful, and the view was pretty decent. The breakfast buffet was especially commendable, and the pool site was nice as well. The room service was on point. Good ambience, and I would definitely visit again.

Stayed at the hotel for several times, would have been a better review if it were after my first visit. Had to wait for an hour to check in. The food in the restaurant was, at best, ok but there are plenty of options nearby. First visited their during our honeymoon and rented the honeymoon suite and they did not serve the honeymoon cake that they were supposed to serve us, though they claimed to have served that. During my last visit their someone actually walked on us at 6 am in the morning while we were sleeping. I am never going back to there again.

I felt sorry to see it go down in recent times. Not clean enough. Breakfast is awefully below quality and variety. Only reason to stay there would be the Oceanview rooms with balcony.

Pros:
1. Good Breakfast
2. unlimited swimming pool time
3. Rooms are ok.. not best though
4. Roof top view and bar-b q is great..

Cons:
1. Lobby is not large enough and not well decorated
2. No sports (like billiard or Table tennis)
3. peoples are kinda bossing type! Not 100% satisfied with their behavior..

The best hotel ever!!!!!!! The staff are very friendly, they helped us go to the hospital with their own car. I am from London. They helped me clean the room and also there food is extremely exquisite. I recommend this hotel for all types of tourists. Best hotel in Cox's Bazar.

The hotel, somehow lost his golden time. Room maintenance has been not so good. House keeping was so rude. When i asked for a thing they replied that why, they have gave the brush and lotion already, they are not willing to give. when ever i asked to change the bed sheet, they asked me why? i don't know what happened to their service. wish they good overcome it, otherwise they will lose customer. I don't prefer to stay their anymore. In my last visit i just stayed two days then check out went to others hotels, as i have not booked previously i didn't get any ranked hotels but the service are far good than Ocean Paradise .

Last month I along with my family stayed at this hotel. They have got safety deposit locker in every room & my wife had put some money in different envelops and kept those in the safety deposit locker. We had to change our room but we left one envelop inadvertently containing Taka 21000/- in to the locker. We checked out on the following day to take a tour to St. Martin Island. There we could identify that one envelop containing money is missing. We thought that we had lost it in transit. But surprisingly a telephone came at night from Hotel Ocean Paradise asking if we had lost anything!!!! We ecstatically informed that we had been missing one envelop with money. After some cross-checking they informed that they have found the money in the locker of our previous room and asked us to collect the same. Next day after our returning to Cox's Bazar, we again checked in to Hotel Ocean Paradise asked at the reception counter for the money. The hotel stuff returned the money with a happy face. That was a nice experience for us!!! The hotel is very good except the food that they serve at their restaurant. Location, interior & exterior of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. The stuffs are amiable.
