It's a nice newish hotel. Not five star but rather 3.5 star i would say. The location is a bit away from the main Kolatoli road. The rooms are quite nice and modern. The lobby is very nice too. Breakfast buffet was decent. The only thing which let me down was the small sized pool.

One of the best hotel at Cox's Bazar in Bangladesh.
their service and food is good. And the cafe 14 is awesome.
Anyone can visit the place as guest.!

Buffet breakfast is awesome. All foods are tasty. Good service but hotel room door lock not properly work. You will be lucky if you can open the door in first try. Nice environment. Lobby decoration is so much relaxing. After noon their is a lot of mosquitoes in the lobby.

A hotel claiming to be top tier in Cox's Bazar cannot be excused from having a decent bar and a pool. That made me give one star less.
The second star i cut down was because, during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, they offer an overpriced yet overly simple iftar platter. The items are very regular found in any food shop sold at an unreasonable price.
Now about the hotel,
1. Rooms : Can't complain yet nothing special.
2. Service : Good.
3. Food : just good.
4. Barber : Excellent. Best hair saloon in Cox's Bazar
5. Overall: just good.

Not as they promised. They have the noisiest generator in Cox's Bazar. I was in Room 1017. No Windows in that room. Furthermore when power supply gone their backup generator makes vibrations and huge noise. Food was too much oily and tasteless. Not recommended for food lovers. Not to mention, the pool. Small in size and always crowded.

Best hotel in cox's bazar with moderate price. large lobby at the ground floor, spacious room with facility of swimming pool, salon, billiard and also a mini shop. staffs are also very cordial. buffet breakfast have wide variety of menu. need to book your room well ahead if you want to visit, specially during winter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I really love the hotel: nothing can beat this location and views. The staff was uniformly attentive and excellent. There is enough to do and see on the grounds that you shouldn't have to leave. That said, we were surprised at the mediocrity of all the food we ate on site. I would recommend walking off-site for food, there are many places off of Orange street that are excellent. It's not just that the resort food had resort prices, it's that it was not as good as I expected, especially considering the price.. its really amazing.. Good service and quicker service.

Used to be better but had become rather run down. The corridor is dark while the rooms set up are dated. Triple rooms facing the swimming pool are dull with no bathtub.
Swimming pool is still okay though.
Comparing its rate, I would go for Seagull Hotel with much better location and swimming pool.

Loved it! Great service, clean neat and tidy environment. Breathtaking sea view. Complimentary breakfast buffet and swimming pool. Poolside BBQ. Warm, comfy and cozy. Great stay!

This hotel has restaurants accessible by everybody. Their pool side BBQ restaurant is quite good. If anybody wants a tranquil environment with near and dear ones, can enjoy the evening meal here. The restaurant authority plays Hindi songs. During my visit I requested them to arrange soft music instead of any songs with lyrics. I hope, they will consider my recommendation.

Excellent Service . Swimming Pool , Spa available.
Honeymoon suits are very nice for 4 Person. Actually it is for 3 person but sofa can be turn into bed which is enough for 2 person to sleep. Complementary breakfast , for extra person you have to pay 510tk for breakfast.

You can choose it for a great experience. Lobby is also nice view. Try to take room in upper floor for better view of outside, specially if you prefer sea view.

Good service with professional attitude from the hotel management. Nice amneti with multiple option for facilities along with fitness , swimming pool. In short you are going to love the place.
Five star standard hotel with few limitations like location. Service is good. Room in the hotel has diversity depending on your need. In total they try to serve their best

One of the best service if you consider the same range hotels. Rooms are clean and in good shape. Staffs are really well mannered. Complementary swimming pool, wifi, breakfast, pick & drop service from airport. I will definitely come here again.

Worst hotel in the world. When I checked in, the room was in a state of mess. There were 2 cockroaches and mosquitoes were everywhere in my room. I was about to check out of the room when the manager gave me a suite. The suite was dirty. The staff were so rude. One of the staff said that he wanted to beat me up. Instead of the modern amenities, expensive setup, and large space, the staffs seemed a bit less bothered with the overall cleanliness issues the toilet was not cleaned and fresh soaps and other accessories not provided during the whole day also the bed sheets were not as neatly placed as you would expect from a good quality hotel. also the sheets in the breakfast table had very clear masala stains and also was creased from over use the sophistication expected from such hotel is missing

Services are good enough. Looks beautiful from outside. You can't see sea from sea side room. I think hill side room is better.
