This place is favorite for the service provided by them is excellent and at a reasonable cost. There is special discount for staff of organizations those come in long term agreement.

It is the 4th time in 4 consecutive years that I am staying here. Every year their services are getting worse and worse. There is no sign of improvement. I could not stay here with 100 percent satisfaction. Sometimes the refrigerator doesn't work and sometimes the locker door is broken. Moreover the bathroom fittings are very old and leaks every now and then. On asking the manager in charge, he sent someone who puts insulating tape on the leakage and stops it momentarily. After some time the problem starts again. Very weird and very unfortunate.

It was good back in 2005 to 2010. Now it has become a place full of dirty walls, bad smelling surrounding and unsmart staffs.

A good hotel at a cheaper price in cox bazar which is also near to the laboni beach. I loved the room service and restaurant I ordered food and it takes almost no time to come. security and hospitality was too good.

Nice hotel considering very near to LABONI point sea beach. Room Price is also mid range. I was there in room#517.room decoration is average.
But problem is. #Lift only work for 6am to 10pm. #Room service will not clean room everyday if u don't request them. #Breakfast quality & quantity is not satisfactory. Otherwise OK.response / report this review -

the hotel is near the laboni point.
the staffs are well mannered. it includes complimentary breakfast and bed time seasonal fruits. the rooms are big enough but interior needs little more improvment.

This hotel have spacious rooms in cheap prices.The hotel have a wonderful view from its balcony of the Cox's bazar sea beach .In the hotel there is no room service. The hotel have wifi connection. there is no hot water .The best side of the hotel is, it is too close of the beach.Just 2 minitues need to go to the beach by foot .

Very cheap hotel with spacious rooms. However, service is moderate. Restaurant is mediocre. Good for student groups and families looking for a cheap place to stay. No gym. No swimming pool. Had no wifi while I was staying.
Very close to the beach. Only 5 minute walk.response / report this review
