The rooms, toilet are very clean. The staffs clean each room, toilet everyday as well as when they are asked to do so. The staffs are very polite and helpful. The environment is very mind soothing. Decision making is very fast. Once a life had a problem. Then they took prompt action to fix it.

I would recommend people to visit this hotel. All the staffs are doing their best, excellent customer service, various menu in breakfast time, delicious food. Must use rooftop swimming pool that I enjoyed a lot. Safe and secured hotel and best ever in Cox's Bazar.

Very well decorated and well behaved crew. The view from the hotel is good, not the best. Rooftop swimming pool is a little bit small. Gymnasium is also well equipped along with a table tennis.

I have stayed in the hotel three times. At first the staff members were very rude but they gradually improved themselves. Rooms are very spacious. Superb restaurant and a rooftop swimming pool. Everything adds up to four stars.

Good hotel, management is also helpful.
Has every feature for a 4 star restaurant.

I particularly had a problem with one of our rooms where there was smell of cigarettes coming from an unknown source. Which was weird cause it was a non smoking floor. After informing the desk they sent someone to deal with it pretty fast.

All together management is good.

The food in the resturant was great. Yes they also give a free buffet in the morning.

Anyone is sure to be comfortable here.

For even a 3 star hotel, there are many things they need to change. For example, please check the first photo and you will understand. Once you make an order, they takes too long time to be patient, and the food and coffee tested as ordinary as any. This hotel has been opened for more than a year now and the restaurant even don't have a proper menu. All they give a few pages of photocopied food list where you have to add 25% of Vat and service charge.

Two thing they are really good at is the interior and smiling staffs around. That's 5 star for sure. I have returned for its environment only. If you want to meet somebody and have some discussion, this is a good place as it is not crowded and not pricy as it could be.

Location and view of the hotel is excellent. Room quality is very good with world class fittings, but washroom can be improved to protect privacy. Foods quality should be improved. Seen professional behavior from office staff.

As it is a underrated place yet, u can't find too many advertisement about this place like "Ocean Paradise" Or "Hotel The Cox Today", but i can ensure you that this Hotel is pretty much same of 5 star hotel in aspect of the quality and service. As you know Best western is a world wide chained company, so you are going to feel the world class five star taste in this hotel.

Room is quite big, bath is also room big, but service is little slow. It is hard to pass time at the lobby in the evening because of mosquito attack :-D

Rooms rents are moderate. Rooms are well furnished. You can see the sea from the balconies. Neat and clean. Room service takes time. Restaurant is ok. Car park is in the basement. The beach (kolatoli point) is in 5-7 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Over all - worth a stay.

Everything was good enough. But there were some problems. Among them one is washroom's ventilation is not well. Another one in my opinion is the swimming pool wasn't large enough to roam. Their WiFi is good. Their interior design was too good. There is an advantage and that is your kids will get a swimming pool to swim. You'll not have to worry about them.

The customer service was decent. Good English spoken.

Breakfast was good. However breakfast service was very slow and the restaurant service was also terrible.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Clean and tidy.
WiFi available all over.

Beach is 5 minutes walk away.

Prayer room in basement.
Has a pool and Sauna

The Shower area Window really needs to be blacked out fully.

Location and view is very attractive. AC does not work properly. Maintenance is average. Food is the worst. The buffet lunch and dinner has only 7 to 10 items. It may vary with pricing or corporate packages. The design of toilet should be more intellectual so that privacy may not be breached. The behavior of the stuff was great. Thumbs up for that.

Positive: The hotel has specious rooms including a specious washroom. The food quality & quantity is awesome. Air conditioning system is fabulous. Staffs are great & helpful. The location is acceptable but not great!
Negative: Internet connection is a disaster in this hotel! Faced a lot disconnection issue and speed was unacceptable as a International Chain Hotel property! The amenities provided in the room and hotel itself is not that clean. Complementary breakfast has a limited number of choice.

Amazing lounge to sit and wait as we wait to collect our keys. Upon arrival, the waiter provides a refreshing juice. The lounge is very vibrant and creates a very rejoicing environment.
Also, complimentary breakfasts served are great, fulfilling and v v v nutritious.
The lifts are very spacious and so are the rooms. Both hill view, sea view and road view rooms come with amazing views from atop. Fresh sea breeze is always there.
Rooms are very well furnished and pleasantly decorated. So are the bathrooms and balcony!
Only one improvement i.e. I wish if there were a airfreshner too!

Nice weekend gateaway place in Coxsbazar. Good food and nicely kept rooms. Very conveniently located, walking distance from Kolatoli beach.

As a local area person I will say this is definitely good hotel with their natural view.
Price is reasonable as local person. Btw as a guest you may have to spend huge amount of money .

This one is a large luxurious hotel. Not so far from the beach. But most of the rooms don't have a beach view.
We went their in a very large group for an official tour program. It looked like they were not ready to handle a big group at a time. So it took quiet a long time to check in to our rooms. And about their food I'd say, just OK, nothing special in buffet.

One of the best places to stay. We were here during off season so the room rental was very affordable. We got both sea view and mountain view. It was perfect. The staffs are really friendly and cordial. And very helpful.outside food isn't allowed and the price of their food is extremely high so we chose to eat out. But breakfast is buffet styled and food is surprisingly good.only problem is that the geyser doesn't work in the bathroom. It was cold when we arrived. Other than that.. the service is a class.I would recommend everyone this hotel :)

Hotel service was very good, complementary breakfast was not satisfactory according to the star rating of this hotel, also we have faced problems on utility water. At a time it was out of utility water for a while. Except those all were satisfactory.

I have been staying here last two days. I like the room, very spacious just missed one locker.

Food is not up to the mark. Staff are not polished. Need to improve. Air con is not cooling enough.

Kolati beach is near 5 mins walk. Though kolatoli point is riskier than sugondha or laboni point. Good thing is kolatoli is not crowded like other points.

Room is short of lighting. Though full daytime light through window glass is very delighting by sacrificing privacy. At night lack of light is disturbing.

We are staying at 11 floor. Bathroom water flow is very bad. I suppose my son pee out more than the shower .

Mini bar is empty. Though they kept a freeze and we used this to keep our water cold and my kid's food all day fresh.

I was expecting a fruit basket as it was advertised in the hotels site.

Outside food is not allowed here as security kept me waiting for managers permission while bringing some outside food for my son.

They have nice pool on roof and interestingly they have a small kids pool as well. My son enjoyed the pool very much.

Very much satisfied. The surrounding environment is very calm and peacefull with sea in one side and hills on the other side. There is also a seclude beach in five minutes walking distance. Hotel environment and rooms are neat and clean. Foods are good and the stuffs are very polite. They also have a nice rooftop pool.
