Excellent fun place to enjoy with friends. Saffron tea is fantastic. Seating arrangement quite unique ! Quite place, sound but posh and moderately inexpensive. Very close to Laboni Point of Cox's Bazar sea beach.

Good resort and nearest to Sea. The enviroment is good too. Restaurant food is well too. Nice place to spend your time. But the employees need to be more professional. We tries to talk with manager but cannot find him too.

This is the most nearest from beach hotel & resort in cox's bazar. Very beautiful and charming. And price is too cheap. And performance is good.

Just awesome this place was great .. we cannot back down phrasing it but one thing that bothered me the most is that the stuff were just stupid types they were so lazy and clumsy and once I had ordered a cup of tea They brought the cup of tea at least a hour later Moreover the hotel rooms are just beside the restaurant that's what bothers me the most But overall at the end of the day is just a great place to visit ..

The best sea view breakfast place in Cox's bazar. Only two-stored resort but well decorated. the room and washroom is neat and clean. washroom is small and have no bathtub here. Every room having attached varanda with well seating arrangement that's really amazing. staff are cordial and helpful.

we visited the place.it was not a good experience! service was slow - bad.
attached restaurant was also the same! stuffs all are lazy.
last time I order something and they bring it after long long time! oh goosh!
