Dhaka Cantonment Railway Station is one of the major railway station in Dhaka City. It is situated beside Hotel Redison Blue and opposite to Kurmitola General Hospital. Not all trains stops here. But local trains stops here.
Specially Dhaka-India Maitree train starts from here. And from now on customs and immigration process is also done from here.

A railway station inside Dhaka cantonment are. There is no stoppage for any train here. The one and only international train The Maitri express in between Dhaka and Kolkata starts its journey from here towards kolkata. Its more neat and clean than any other stations in Dhaka and all over Bangladesh.
